To the fullest extent permitted by law, you indemnify and hold harmless SDM Solutions against any claims, penalties, complaints, fines, investigations, or liabilities arising from your communications or marketing activities.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

Our services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers, including but not limited to:

– OpenAI,

– Meta,

– Google,

– telecommunications providers,

– payment processors,

– hosting providers,

– analytics platforms,

– and other external systems.

We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for:

– downtime,

– delivery failures,

– API failures,

– data loss,

– security incidents,

– account suspensions,

– or service interruptions caused by third parties.

8. Availability of Services

– our total aggregate liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
